About the game
Conkaboom is a cartoon slingshot puzzle game with a crew of brave little nuts. The cheeky Munchmoles have dug up the oak garden and hide in wobbly forts of wood, glass and stone. Pull back the slingshot, let go and fling Nubbin the acorn and friends at the forts: crack the planks, shatter the glass, set off the fizz crates and watch everything topple until every Munchmole goes poof and scurries home underground. No one gets hurt, it is all bumps, stars and confetti.
Play 48 levels in 4 worlds, from Oakwood Glade to Lilypad Marsh, Pebble Peaks and Molehill Keep, with a Mole King waiting at the end of each world. Five heroes join the crew, each with a power you trigger with a tap in mid-air: Hazzies split into three, Zippy dashes, Wally slams down and Popkin bursts into confetti. Every hero you don't need adds a 10,000-point bonus, so smart shots earn up to 3 stars, and stars open the next worlds. Your progress is saved automatically.
How to play
- Drag back from the slingshot and let go to fling a hero. The dotted line shows how the flight begins.
- Tap the screen (or the power button, or press Space) while a hero is flying to use its power.
- Knock down the forts until every Munchmole goes poof.
- Unused heroes give a 10,000-point bonus; more points mean more stars.
- Drag the right side of the screen to look around; pinch or scroll to zoom.
- Keyboard: Up and Down set the angle, Left and Right the pull, Space or Enter flings, R restarts, P pauses.
Tips and tricks
- Look for the pieces that hold everything up: a hit on a bottom post often brings a whole tower down on the Munchmoles inside.
- Match the hero to the material: Hazzies are great against glass, Zippy smashes wood and Wally cracks stone.
- Use powers at the right moment: split Hazzies just before they reach the fort, and slam Wally down when he is right above his target.
- Fizz crates go boom and shake everything around them, so a shot at a crate can do the work of two heroes.
- High lobs drop onto the roofs, flat shots push towers over. If one does not work, try the other.
- Every hero left over at the end is worth 10,000 points, so clearing a level with fewer shots is the fastest way to 3 stars.
- After a shot your path stays on screen as faint dots: change the angle or the pull a little from there.

How do I use a hero's power?
Fling the hero, then tap anywhere on the screen while it is flying, or press the round power button or Space. Nubbin has no power, Popkin can also pop after landing and pops by itself soon after.
How do I get 3 stars?
Clear the level with as many points as possible. Broken blocks and poofed moles give points, and every hero you don't need adds 10,000 at the end, so fewer shots usually means more stars. The result screen shows how many points the next star needs.
How do I open the next world?
Finish the last level of a world and collect enough stars: 14 for Lilypad Marsh, 36 for Pebble Peaks and 60 for Molehill Keep. You can replay any level to earn more stars.
Is it violent?
No. The Munchmoles are cheeky cartoon moles: when the fort falls on them they go poof in a puff of smoke and scurry back home underground.
Is my progress saved?
Yes. Stars, best scores and unlocked worlds are saved automatically in your browser on that device.
