These terms apply to your use of ogh.lol (the “site”) and of the games published on it. The site is operated by OGH Games. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. The service

OGH Games offers free browser games that you can play without installing anything. We may add, change or remove games and features at any time, and we do not guarantee that the site or a particular game will always be available or free of errors.

2. Accounts

You can play without an account. An account lets you save favorites, ratings and history and post comments. You are responsible for keeping your password secret and for everything done with your account. You must give a real email address. We may suspend or delete accounts that break these terms.

3. Age

Many of our games are suitable for children, but creating an account and posting comments is only allowed for users aged 16 or older, or younger users with the permission of a parent or guardian.

4. Acceptable use

When using the site you agree not to:

  • post comments that are insulting, hateful, sexual, violent, illegal, spam or advertising, or that contain other people’s personal data;
  • pretend to be another person or our team;
  • try to break, overload or get around the security of the site, or collect data from it with automated tools;
  • copy, re-publish or embed our games on other websites without our written permission.

We may remove any content and block any user that breaks these rules, without notice.

5. Intellectual property

The games, artwork, music, texts, logos and code on the site belong to OGH Games or to its licensors and are protected by copyright. You may play them for personal, non-commercial use only. Comments stay yours, but by posting them you allow us to show them on the site.

6. Advertising and third parties

The site is free because it shows advertising. Ads and links to other websites are the responsibility of their owners; we do not control and are not responsible for their content.

7. Liability

The site and the games are provided “as is”. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any indirect loss or damage caused by using or not being able to use the site. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under the law.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version; continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
