Privacy policy
Last updated: October 3, 2026
This policy explains what personal data ogh.lol (the “site”) collects, why and what your rights are. The data controller is OGH Games. We follow the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
1. Data we collect
- Visits and game plays. To count visits and know which games are popular, the site sends us the page visited, the referring site or campaign, the browser and device type and the country. The IP address is shortened (anonymised) before it is stored, and no cookie is used for this.
- Account. If you create an account: your name or nickname, email address, password (stored encrypted) and, if you sign in with Google or Facebook, the identifier and public profile data that service sends us. Also your favorites, ratings, play history and comments.
- Contact and reports. When you write to us or report a game: your name, email address, message, IP address and browser.
- Game progress. Games save your progress and settings only in your own browser (local storage); this data does not reach us.
2. Why we use it (legal basis)
- to run the site, your account and answer your messages (contract and legitimate interest);
- to keep the site safe and prevent spam and abuse (legitimate interest);
- to measure and improve the site with anonymous statistics (legitimate interest);
- for analytics and personalised advertising cookies, only with your consent.
3. Cookies and advertising
We use necessary cookies (session, security, your language and cookie choices). Analytics cookies (Google Analytics) and advertising cookies (Google AdSense and its partners) are only loaded after you accept them in the cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time with the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of every page. More details are in our cookie policy.
4. Who we share it with
We do not sell your data. We use service providers that process data on our behalf: our hosting provider, Cloudflare (network delivery, security and the anti-spam check on forms), our email provider and, only with your consent, Google (analytics and advertising). Some of them may process data outside the European Economic Area under the safeguards required by the GDPR.
5. How long we keep it
- detailed visit logs: 30 days; aggregated statistics without personal data: indefinitely;
- account data: until you delete your account (you can do it yourself from your account settings);
- contact messages and reports: up to 2 years, or less when no longer needed.
6. Children
Our games can be played without an account and without giving us any personal data. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 16 without the consent of a parent. If you think a child has given us data, contact us and we will delete it.
7. Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete or export your data, to restrict or object to its processing and to withdraw your consent at any time. From your account settings you can download your data and delete your account. For anything else write to us on the contact page. You also have the right to complain to your national data protection authority.
8. Changes
We may update this policy; the date at the top shows the latest version.
